Sound Bath

Sound Bathing is the practice of allowing the sounds from a sound bath to “wash” over you. Sound bathing sessions are held in small groups. Guests lay on yoga mats or are seated based on their level of comfort.

During the session, crystal sound bowls are used and may be accompanied by a crystal pyramid, crystal harp and/or koshi chimes. Sound baths are immersive experiences.

Sessions incorporate breath work as well.

Sessions are held each month at two locations:

  1. Northtowns: Kenmore, NY on the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm at Painted Love in Tonawanda at: 145 Belmont Avenue, Suite 2 across the street from St. John’s. Cost $25.

  2. Southtowns: Universal Wellness on the second Saturday of each month at 9 AM and at Noon at 1900 Ridge Road, Suite 211, in back of the old Aldi’s in West Seneca. Cost $26.

Sign-up and pre-payment is required for both events.

* Guests are encouraged to dress warmly, and to bring a yoga mat, throw blanket and pillow for their own comfort.
